All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are sold.

5. Payments & Subscriptions
All fees for services and products are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed via third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Gumroad). Subscriptions (if any) may auto-renew unless canceled prior to renewal.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. For project-based work, custom refund policies may apply and will be outlined in your project agreement.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during onboarding
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the right to use any data or third-party content you request us to integrate

You agree not to use our services:

- For illegal or unethical business practices

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
